Supply Chain Management

Whether our client is a logistics service provider, manufacturer, retailer, software vendor or investment firm, our focus is always on the enhancement of profitable revenue growth.

While cost containment is always a primary consideration, our philosophy is that SCM offers some of the greatest opportunities for improving profitability by growing revenues. Cost containment can only provide a finite contribution to profitability, while far too often it adversely impacts sustained revenue production. A more revenue-centric approach to SCM can produce an unlimited range of profit opportunities.

We provide non-intrusive evaluation of our client’s supply chain and make recommendations which have proven to dramatically reduce cost and significantly increase revenues.

Our belief is that all supply chain management and logistics projects are, in reality, marketing projects. Effective supply chain management provides the greatest opportunity for any firm to rapidly grow profitable revenues.

Effective supply chain management is often enhanced by the utilization of third party logistics (3PL) services. We determine the appropriateness of 3PL involvement and recommend the best partner fit for that specific client from our broad 3PL network, remaining engaged throughout outsource integration.

SCM Consultation Fees

$2,500 daily

  • Travel days at the same rate
  • All travel-related expenses to be reimbursed
  • Air travel in US and Canada over 1,500 miles first class; EMEA, LATAM & Asia business class

(Projects beyond 10 days can be negotiated separately. However, the vast majority of consultations do not require more than five to 10 days; unlike some large consulting firms, we are not seeking to establish an ongoing residence.)

Video or phone consultation: $500 per hour, one hour minimum.

If involvement of any of our Executive Associates (primarily former CEOs, presidents & EVPs) on a project is deemed appropriate, fees for this specific expertise is to be agreed upon prior to engagement. Typically these fees and travel arrangements are the same as those noted above.

If it is deemed appropriate to include subject matter expertise (SME) to a project, rates for and inclusion of such will be approved by our client in advance. However, such SME inclusion is seldom necessary.

Flat Fee Global Executive Recruitment

Our network of technology-focused supply chain executives and support staff is without challenge. Simply stated, we are recognized as the best.

Our extensive executive and support talent network is global. Our reputation is tied to our focus on matching the client’s executive need with the long-term career aspirations of the individual we recommended. We understand that an inappropriate recommendation can easily cost our client a year, and that from a candidate’s perspective, we are cognizant that we an unsuitable placement can adversely affect the individual’s career and life.

NOTE: Our track record demonstrates that we get it right with the initial recommendation. We know our clients do not have the time or volition to ponder a series of maybe candidates, as often presented by “headhunters” seeking a high, quick fee.

Flat Fee Executive Recruitment

(North America, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Australia and some areas of Africa)

Senior Executive (C-level, President, Managing Director, EVP, VP, Director): $27,000

Support Staff (Manager, Sales Rep, Project Manager, etc.): $18,000

A flat fee engagement requires a $5,000 retainer, which will be deducted from the final invoice.

Extended Engagement Recruiting

No limit on the number or titles of recruitments initiated during the extended engagement.

  • Three months: $20,000 retainer per month
  • Six months: $15,000 retainer per month
  • 12 months: $12,500 retainer per month

Franzetta & Associates never charges a fee of any kind to the candidates whom we introduce to our clients.

Technology Recommendations

Our associate experts will identify the appropriate software systems necessary to help take and keep control of your supply chain, reducing costs and growing revenues.

Our projects are completed on time at a flat, reasonable fee and with minimal, if any, disruption.
